Which brings me to my chief complaint about this app: it’s iPhone app is terrible. I’ve always wanted to go paperless with ubiquitous access to everything this app is my hub for that. Being able to search my handwriting is a game-changer! So is having access to my documents and notes everywhere, including my laptop, and having all changes and edits synced through iCloud. I even pair it up with Scanbot so I can quickly scan materials in meetings and then have all my notes/handouts in a single place. I do a lot of reading/research for my job, so this app has saved me from being buried under an endless pile of paper. On the one hand, I use it every single day on my iPad. Other than that, I still think it’s a great app and recommend it to anyone who is switching to digital notes and who doesn’t want to carry around a bunch of binders/notebooks! It wasn’t a huge deal for that day, but could potentially be a major issue down the line if you don’t have the original device you used for the notes. The only way to fix was to duplicate the file on the ipad so it would sync to my phone. I had down time to study and couldn’t because they wouldn’t sync. Update: I recently tried to access my notes on my iPhone, but half of the files wouldn’t sync between the ipad and my phone, which was annoying. You can even search your own handwriting and text from a pdf that has been uploaded in the same file which makes it easy to go back and look for something specific instantly rather than scroll through pages of notes. This app is very user friendly, making it very easy to take notes and convert from the pen to highlighter, etc. It’s so much more convenient to carry my iPad around rather than a bunch of books. Between work, school, and life, this app helps with notes, and my planners for everything. I like to read first, study, then create a note and hand write my notes to make sure I got the info down. I do use the split screen option at times but depends on your study preferences. If you have a keyboard you can type your notes Incase you don’t want to write but I love to highlight, mark notes, and bookmark certain pages to make it easier to find. I feel more inspired to be creative and do my goals for the day. I even have a digital planner on it too which is amazing. So if you are in school- this is very simple, easy, and legit way to use notes. I can have 2 different sets of notes basically if I want more business or personal related goal notes on my phone rather than all my iPad notes. If I don’t- it’s like a clean slate on my iPhone this app. It’s easy to pass notes via airdrop from my other devices and share documents on my iPhone etc if I want my iPad notes on there. I am able to put some study books on the app as well as other pdf books. this app is very simple to use so if you are like me and like something that is basic and simple then this is the app ! I read some negative comments but got it anyways and I’m glad I did. Whether on the bus or waiting for someone. I wanted to make my studying easy and accessible anywhere. I’m using this app post nursing school to help me study for my NCLEX. Instantly create notes from a selection of templates with customizable spacing and backgrounds.ĭid you enjoy Notability? you will like other Productivity apps like Google Drive Microsoft Outlook Yahoo Mail - Organized Email HP Smart Microsoft Word.Visit to learn more, or connect with us on Instagram and Twitter.
